Hotel Booking

Booking on request intends hotel reservation. When a booking is implemented it should be sent an inquiry to the hotel. Within 24 hours, you will get a reply about the booking status. If hotel confirmation is confirmed from the hotel, an acknowledgment is sent by email and also SMS (to your given mobile number) and the booking can be considered as implemented and confirmed.
If the booking cannot be confirmed from the hotel we will try to find a similar alternative that will be announced to you. During weekends, it can sometimes take longer time to get a reply.

Booking Policy

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• All reservations made via sherwestravel.com are PREPAID by bank transfer or by CASH on arrival. Credit cards are rarely accepted in Libya.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

In the event that a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival or should a guest be a “no show”, then the hotel reserves the right to implement a one night charges as cancellation / no show fee.

Pricing Policy

• The room rates, present on sherwestravel.com website, include breakfast. Service charge and all taxes are also included. No extra fees or charges are applicable.

• The rates DO NOT include any applicable hotel fees, charges for additional hotel services (such as minibar snacks and beverages, telephone calls, room service and so forth). Only, in case you use these additional hotel services, these incidental fees and charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out.

Q: Will I pay to the hotel directly?

A: We work with hotels on prepay basis only. By the moment of your check-in the hotel accommodation and meals (if booked) have been paid in full to the hotel already.
Only extra services, such as phone usage, other meals, etc should be paid to the hotel directly upon the check-out.
